The story behind the artwork

One of my favorite subjects is sea slugs. They come in such a variety of colors and patterns. They are my favorite animal and my muse as an artist, providing me endless inspiration. I often see these animals when diving, though only a few times have I been fortunate enough to see two of the same species together at the same time.These two seahares are engaging in a courtship dance.
